Support
BellyGrowPro is a small, independent app, built with a lot of love. The fastest way to reach a human is email:

Common questions
Is BellyGrowPro really free?
Yes — completely. Every feature is free for everyone, with no subscription and no paywall. There's a single optional "buy me a drink" tip if you'd like to say thanks, but it unlocks nothing and the app is identical whether or not you use it.
How do I leave a tip, and can I get it refunded?
The tip lives in More → Buy me a drink. It's a one-time purchase handled by Apple. If you'd like a refund, request it from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in, find the purchase, and request a refund. We can't process refunds directly because Apple handles the payment.
Why isn't the "Ask" companion answering?
The "Ask" companion uses Apple Intelligence, which runs the model entirely on your iPhone. It needs an Apple Intelligence-capable device (iPhone 15 Pro and later) with the feature switched on in Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri. It also doesn't run in environments without the on-device model. If your device doesn't support Apple Intelligence, the rest of the app works exactly as normal — you just won't see the companion.
How do I connect Apple Health?
Open the Track tab → Health → Connect Health, then allow the categories you're happy to share. Your weight, heart rate, steps, sleep, blood pressure and blood glucose (including from a CGM) then appear in the app. Everything is read on your device only and never leaves it. You can change or revoke access any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → BellyGrowPro.
How do I share with my partner?
BellyGrowPro has a partner mode. Invite your partner from the sharing option in the app, and they can follow the same pregnancy from their own iPhone. The connection is a private Apple iCloud share between the two of you — no one else can see it, and you can stop sharing at any time.
Where is my data stored? Does it sync?
Everything is stored on your iPhone. If you're signed into iCloud, BellyGrowPro syncs across your own Apple devices through your private iCloud (the same iCloud that backs up your phone). There is no BellyGrowPro server — we never see your data.
I got a new iPhone — how do I move my data?
Sign in to the same Apple ID / iCloud on the new device and install BellyGrowPro. Your synced pregnancy data will appear once iCloud finishes syncing. (If you restored the new phone from an iCloud or encrypted backup, it comes across with everything else.)
How do I delete everything?
Use More → Reset journey inside the app to wipe the data on that device, or delete the app. To remove the iCloud copy, turn BellyGrowPro off in Settings → [your name] → iCloud. Deletion is irreversible — there's no server-side backup, because we never hold your data.
My reminders / notifications aren't showing
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Make sure notifications are allowed in Settings → BellyGrowPro → Notifications, and that the relevant reminders are switched on inside the app (appointments, kick counting, weekly updates).
The widgets look empty
Add the BellyGrowPro widgets from your Home Screen (long-press → + → search BellyGrowPro). If a widget looks blank right after install, open the app once so it can share the latest data, then the widget will fill in.
I have a feature request or found a bug
Email Gareth@onliware.ie with a description and, ideally, a screenshot. Every message is read.
Reporting a privacy concern
If you believe there's a privacy issue with BellyGrowPro, email Gareth@onliware.ie with "Privacy" in the subject line. Privacy concerns are treated as bugs and prioritised accordingly.
A note on care
BellyGrowPro offers general information and gentle reassurance — it is not medical advice. For anything about your health or your baby's, your midwife or maternity team is always the right place to turn, and in an emergency call 112 or 999.
Hours
This is a small independent app — replies are typically within 24 hours on weekdays, a little longer on weekends. We'd rather be honest about that than pretend to run a 24/7 desk.
