The Challenge
Anyone buying property in Ireland faced hours of fragmented research across dozens of disconnected government databases—flood maps, radon levels, BER ratings, planning histories, water quality reports—each with its own interface and data format. Solicitors, estate agents, and buyers all needed a single source of truth.
The Execution
We built a data aggregation engine that queries 22 official Irish government sources in real-time, normalises the results, and generates a comprehensive property risk report as a professional PDF. The platform covers flood risk, radon, soil stability, crime statistics, school catchments, noise levels, EV infrastructure, and more—replacing hours of manual due diligence with a sub-60-second automated process.
