AI Development

Most AI projects die as a demo. We build AI into the software your business actually runs on — with the evals, guardrails and cost controls that keep it working long after launch.

Your Data, Not The Internet

A general chatbot knows everything except your business. We build retrieval systems that ground the model in your own documents, records and history — so answers cite your contracts, your policies and your data, and the model says it does not know instead of inventing something.

Agents That Do The Work

Beyond answering questions, we build agents that take action: reading an inbox, updating a record, drafting a quote, escalating an exception. Every tool the model can reach is one we wrote, scoped and logged, so you always know exactly what it is allowed to touch.

Built To Survive Contact With Users

The difference between a demo and a product is what happens when it gets something wrong. We ship evals that catch regressions before your customers do, guardrails that constrain what the model can say, fallbacks for when a provider goes down, and reporting that shows exactly what each feature costs you per month.

Model-Agnostic By Design

The model landscape changes every few months, so we never hard-wire you to one provider. Claude, GPT and open models sit behind an abstraction we control, which means switching provider later is a configuration change rather than a rewrite.

Common Questions

How is this different from just adding ChatGPT to my website?+

A general chatbot knows everything except your business. AI development means grounding a model in your own data — your documents, your records, your history — and giving it a defined set of actions it is allowed to take. The result answers questions about your contracts and your policies rather than the internet at large, and it can be held to account when it is wrong.

How do you stop the AI from making things up?+

Three ways. Retrieval grounds every answer in a real source from your own data, so the model quotes rather than invents. Guardrails constrain what it is permitted to say and do. Evals run automatically against a test set on every change, so a regression is caught before it reaches your customers rather than after. Where the system is not confident, it is designed to say so and hand off to a person.

What does it cost to run once it is built?+

Running costs depend on usage and model choice, and they are usually far smaller than people expect — often tens of euro a month rather than hundreds. We build cost and usage monitoring in from day one so you can see exactly what each feature is spending, and we design around caching and smaller models wherever they do the job just as well.

Am I locked into OpenAI or Anthropic?+

No. Providers sit behind an abstraction layer we control, so switching between Claude, GPT or an open model is a configuration change rather than a rewrite. Given how quickly the model landscape moves, being able to change provider in an afternoon is worth designing for.

Do I own the AI features you build?+

Yes, completely — exactly as with everything else we build. You get full source code, documentation and deployment credentials. The prompts, the retrieval pipeline, the evals and the tooling are all yours. What you cannot own is the underlying model itself, which is licensed from the provider on standard commercial API terms.
